Project Suspended Even After Successful Payment

Hello AppMaster Team,

I am facing an issue with my project suspension status.

My project was initially suspended due to a payment delay, but I have already completed the payment using a voucher token to add credits. The credits are visible in my workspace balance (showing $150, with valid activation and expiration dates).

However, even after more than 12 hours, my project still appears under the “Suspended Projects” section instead of being reactivated.

Here are the details for reference:

  • Workspace ID: 421326

  • Project ID: 499936

  • Credits Added: $150 (via voucher token)

  • Issue: Project remains suspended even after payment and credit confirmation

Could you please help me resolve this issue and reactivate my project as soon as possible?
