Chatwoot is one of the most popular opensource website chats with a lot of omnichannel features. You can use cloud-based managed instances as well as self-hosted versions.
We use Chatwoot on our website for the past couple of years as a great alternative to Intercom.
Once module installed, you will be able to manage chat window in runtime with a set of BP blocks. For additional security you can enforce User Identity Validation, but you have to generate user hashed in the backend manually.
