[Billing] Learn & Explore subscription max duration & availability update

We are updating our Learn & Explore (free) subscription plan terms.

L&E current terms let you explore platform as long as you need while have some time limitations: we stop application containers (backend) after 30 minutes of inactivity in Studio and we will remove project after 14 days of inactivity.

Starting from February 15th 2025, we introduce max limit on total duration of the L&E subscription: 8 weeks. Upon reaching L&E subscription limit yuo have to choose if you want to continue with paid subscription or delete your project. By default we will remove project if you not upgraded it in the end of the subscription period.

Also, we plan to discontinue Learn & Explore plan in some regions and replace it with classic trial subscription.

Is the Learn and Explore option disabled for Brazil?

Out billing team dynamically disables L&E plan for some regions, especially where we have heavily discounted subscriptions like Brazil. With L&E you can’t build or release any applications, you still need paid plan to do that.
